Roman Zaretski is Seattle-based music artist and photographer. He grew up in Belarus, a country with severe dictatorship environment and oppression for creative people specifically. Now he calls Seattle home with true, deep and radiating love towards the PNW and its nature and people.

Roman is self-taught in both music and photography.His creative life definitely started with music when he was 11 years old. He quickly became well known in artistic life and was a big part of musical success of many local artists and bands acting in various roles : guitar player, producer, songwriter. During this part of his life he has gained a vast experience and skill, as well as recognition.

In 2019 Roman left his country due to political pressure and after living a couple of years in New York he finally found Seattle.

Currently Roman is working on his debut music as a singer, songwriter and producer.

Photography is a second nature and outlet of creative energy for him and is absolutely vital to his existence as , unlike music, photography is a much faster process that allows him to see the results immediately.

BW photography is his one love, as in his opinion it is the most honest, the most real and it expresses his inner nature, values and vision in the most direct and transparent way. He has very little interest in technical or theoretical knowledge of photography, he definitely is focused on getting the magic of the moment and being able to be in the right place at the right time and his incredible sensitivity to beauty and truth is helping him capture truly the most special moments.
